The Final Days

I was very happy to find that the EFC has made their Faith Today article regarding prostitution in Canada available to read online. I am more happy to see that evangelical Christians are talking about this issue. Too often I think we are villainizing these women instead of reaching out to them with the love of Jesus -- at least, that is how it looks.

On another note; if you have a Netflix account, I encourage you to go there and watch Sophie Scholl: The Final Days. All I could liken it to is The Hiding Place. It was so inspiring that I literally got down on my face after watching it and prayed for God to make my life count -- regardless of the consequences for me on this side of eternity. The paradox of dying to live really came alive for me as I watched this. I want so much for God to help me die so that I might really live in the here and now.
If you need some encouragement, this is a must-see.

...and the fact that here is another amazing example for young women is a bonus. I love it!

"No one knows what goes on in the minds of the mentally ill. No one knows how much wisdom can come from suffering." ~Sophie Scholl
